Today we are switching things a little bit, because I wanted to show you all about my new & fabulous Nebulizing Diffuser from Organic Aromas!

For those of you who love using essential oils, this diffuser just might be like a dream come true. It has a chic and classy design and I knew I won’t have any problems finding it a good place in our home.

But besides having a beautiful, appealing design (this thing practically looks amazing everywhere)  the Nebulizing Diffuser does its job really well. I mean REALLY well!

So if you are an aromatherapy aficionado and diffusing essential oils is your thing, grab a cup of coffee and read on! :)

The Nebulizing Diffuser might be different from any other diffusers that you have used before!

Main Features and Benefits of a Nebulizing Diffuser

The Nebulizing Diffuser is made using custom blown glass and has a handmade wood base. In the picture below you can see all of its main components – the wooden base, the glass reservoir, the glass cap, the micro-tubes, the switch button, the light switch and the power input.

And Mr. Dreamy … helping me with some hand modelling here and there :)

The diffuser that I’m using is called Elegance and I simply adore it! It’s so easy to assemble and use – you just have to add the glass reservoir to the wooden base and apply a little bit of pressure until well fixed, plug the cord, add 10-15 drops of your favorite essential oil and switch the Nebulizing Diffuser on.

The essential oils will be released into the air and the scented mist will start creating beautiful shapes – this is definitely my favorite part! :) The room will be filled with a divine fragrance in the shortest amount of time!

Another great feature? The glass cap on top that can be align in different directions, giving you the option of controlling where the essential oil mist will go. Pretty amazing, because you get to control how much essential oils you diffuse in a specific area.

But I would say that the main feature that really separates it from other diffusers is the fact that you don’t have to use any water or heat while diffusing your favorite essential oils! This gives you the opportunity of enjoying pure, undiluted essential oils on a professional level, right at home! It’s like having your own SPA, whenever you feel like it!

How is this possible? Using a theorem of fluid dynamics known as the Bernoulli principle.

I’m not getting into many technical details here, but to sum things up, when using this Nebulizing Diffuser, the essential oils are basically atomized into micro particles that are released into the glass reservoir, that are then dispersed into the air through the glass cap. You can even control how much oil to diffuse using ‘the volume’ switch. The properties of the essential oils are not altered in any way and you get to enjoy ALL their therapeutic benefits in their original form. How amazing is that!?

As a side note … I cannot help but thinking how interesting it would have been to study one of these diffusers in school while learning all about Bernoulli’s principle!!! Studying would have been so much fun and so much more useful, don’t you think? And so much more … aromatic! :)

The inbuilt LED mood lighting is the changing colors feature that will allow you to also use the benefits of chromotherapy (color therapy) while diffusing your favorite essential oils! This feature can be easily switched ON or OFF using the light switch touch sensor.

This looks pretty stunning at night – the changing colors of the Nebulizing Diffuser are truly relaxing when all the other lights from the room are switched off. 

The diffuser is also plastic free! For me this is a huge plus, because I’m already trying to reduce the use of plastic in our household. It’s all about those small steps we all can make if we want to have a better and a safer home … and environment!

I have to also mention the low energy consumption – the usage cycle of 2 minutes ON and 1 minute OFF, and the auto shut-off feature after 120 minutes.

I know I already mentioned it’s beautiful design, but I absolutely love how classy it looks! It would make THE ULTIMATE gift for the holidays, don’t you think?

Thinking about perfect gifts again! :)There’s nothing more satisfying then adding a few drops of lavender essential oil to my diffuser! I just love how powerful these magical drops can be and how much peace of mind they can give you when trying to relax and unwind after a long stressful day. Just a few magical drops that will add a subtle but incredible perfume to your home and if you close your eyes, you can instantly picture a beautiful field of lavender … in Provence.

I also love peppermint essential oil, especially when I’m working on projects that require my full attention. I add a few drops to my new Nebulizing Diffuser and all my senses are fresh, sharp … and ready to roll :)

If I would have to make a top with my favorites, lavender (find all lavender related projects -> here) and peppermint essential oils would be the first ones to choose, no matter the season! And the third place would definitely go to the lemon essential oil (and sometimes orange essential oil), another one of my latest ‘obsessions’. I have periods of time when I exclusively use one of these three, each on its own, but I sometimes love mixing things up and I come up with other different blends.

I usually love buying essential oils that are made from only one ingredient, this gives me the power to further experiment and create my own ‘recipes’. But I also try to keep an open mind while trying new things… like this Signature essential oil blend (with elemi, clary sage, cajeput, chamomile and bergamot), that surprised me in the most pleasant kind of way! :)

I have to tell you that I had so much fun using and photographing this wonderful Nebulizing Diffuser! You can probably see that in all these many photos, but I found the ‘scented fumes’ simply fascinating! :)

And the whole room smelled simply divined!

But even thought this mist is soooo fascinating, remember you’ll need to put the small cap on top of the reservoir, otherwise the fragrance will be too strong.

I was a little bit concerned the diffuser might suffer some accidents during shipping (the package came all the way from Taiwan, I live in Romania), but everything was packed really well and arrived in perfect condition at destination. I was thrilled to unpack everything and to slowly discover how magnificent this thing is!

I would definitely recommend the Nebulizing Diffuser from Organic Aromas, it is indeed like a dream come true! And their essential oils are simply fabulous!

Now I’m off to diffuse some more lavender essential oil, if only you could smell all that amazing perfume! :)
