Wheatgrass has a high content of chlorophyll which is good for your body because it has a super alkalizing power and a great detoxifying effect.

Ever since I have discovered the benefits of essential oils, they've become an important part of our lives. They can be used in so many ways, for a breath of healthiness just add a few drops of this magical elixir in natural homemade products, in natural beauty products (massage oils, scrubs, soaps, body lotions), even on fresh bed linen and many others, the possibilities are endless.
I sometimes add a few drops of lavender essential oils on dried lavender flowers I keep in the living room in a beautiful enamel vase and in a few seconds the house smells just amazingly fresh!
