Learn how to easily make magnesium oil at home using only two ingredients - water and magnesium flakes!

Ingredients
- 1 part hot water (distilled, filtered or tap water)
- 1 part magnesium flakes
- measuring cups
- small whisk or a spoon
- a pretty spray bottle (amberor clear)
- a free printable label
- Mod Podge
- a small brush
- gold acrylic paint (optional)
Instructions
- Measure 1 part water and 1 part magnesium flakes.
- Add the water to a pot and bring to a boil, then pout it over the magnesium flakes.
- Stir using a small whisk or a spoon until all the flakes are completely dissolved.
- Let the mixture cool, then pour it into your favorite spray bottle (or a regular bottle).
- Use it in the evening, after taking a shower or a bath.
Notes
You can use distilled water or filtered water, even regular water – if you use filtered or regular water, just boil it first to prolong the final product’s shelf life.
TIPS & TRICKS
If you want to make a specific quantity of magnesium oil for one specific bottle, fill that bottle 3/4 of the way with water, pour it into a measuring cup to measure it, then heat/boil it and use the same amount of magnesium flakes!
