Ingredients
  • - a handful of spinach leaves (regular or frozen)
  • - 1/2 banana (regular or frozen)
  • - the juice of 1/2 orange
  • - 1 cup of water
  • - 2 teaspoons
  • chia seeds (optional)
  • - the juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients (except for the chia seeds) for 1-2 minutes (depending on your blender).
  2. Pour into your favorite smoothie glasses, add the chia seeds, stir and let your new favorite green smoothie sit for a few minutes before serving (so that the chia seeds do their thing). You'll have an amazingly tasty and creamy green smoothie!
