DIY 5 Minute French Seltzer Bottles – learn how to give old seltzer bottles a quick but super stylish French makeover in just 5 minutes using these beautiful French ephemera labels.

Hello, friends! Today I have a really quick and easy project to share with you – I will show you how you can Frenchify old seltzer bottles! Seltzer bottles are super trendy right now when it comes to home decorating, I’ve seen them popping all over Pinterest! And for good reason, their interesting shape and their lovely colors make them truly unique in terms of decorating! You can use them on their own or with other objects to create chic vignettes for your home. DIY 5 Minute French Seltzer Bottles I believe the ”childhood memories” factor might also play a big role in all this decorating trend and makes these bottles even more ”desirable”. I remember spending time at our aunt house during the summer holiday and these colorful bottles seemed quite intriguing both for me and my sister! We were constantly thirsty (if someone asked) and always hovered around these bottles with a glass in our hands. I think we just drank way too much of this refreshing bubbly water but it was such an amazing feeling pouring yourself a LARGE glass of this pure sparkle of joy! :)vintage seltzer bottlesI remember the seltzer bottles had mostly a dark green color so you can only imagine my excitement when my aunt gave me these turquoise beauties! I really love turquoise in general and I even tried making my own turquoise colored jars and bottles once! I used food coloring … but it was such an epic fail! The color itself was amazing but I couldn’t make it stick to the jars / bottles so I ended up using it to make … a turquoise wood backdrop instead! :)

DIY 5 Minute French Seltzer BottlesWith an emphasize on the 5 minute part! It will literally only take 5 minutes to Frenchify the bottles, because I basically did all the hard part already and created these AH-MAZING French labels for you! You’re welcome! :)

DIY 5 Minute French Seltzer Bottles I’ve created the French oval labels using a beautiful vintage frame from The Graphcis Fairy, some stamps, French ephemera and other elements that somehow perfectly complemented each other, also from The Graphics Fairy. This site is always my go to place for everything vintage and French and I’m quite sure you all know how much I love it!DIY 5 Minute French Seltzer Bottles

What I love most about these DIY 5 Minute French Seltzer Bottles? Their versatility! You can easily integrate them into your home and adapt them to any season!DIY 5 Minute French Seltzer Bottles I usually use different sized decorative objects (mostly French!) to create visually appealing vignettes and use them to beautify different areas in our home. I prefer not to spend too much money on decorating trends, I much rather prefer to make the decorations on my own and then use whatever I have on hand! Old books (or coffee stained books), painted and distressed French jars, apothecary bottles,  aged French pitchers, French recycled tin cans, French terracotta pots, French hat boxes to name only a few! :)
